Pack has riding time and up by 3 (i think). Big match for us.

Demas is out of shape! Also, did anyone see the Miller vs. Realbuto? Miller was gassed as well, Inconceivable

Choke of the day award goes to Ian Miller of Kent State. Leading 8-4, been great on his feet the whole way, then he starts to run, and gets beat in the process. I will never understand that.

Can somebody explain the scoring to me in this match? Miller went up 8-4 with the TD. Then Realbuto escapes, 8-5, and gets a TD making it 8-7. Realbuto lets Miller up (should be 9-7 but still showed 8-7) and then attacks him and rives him to the edge of the mat and gets the TD to make it 9-9 (score showed Realbuto up 9-8 though). The RT point was locked for Miller so it should have been 10-9 Miller at the end of regulation. Why was the escape point not given to Miller before Realbuto last TD at the edge of the mat?

BoJo with the pin for tOSU. Huge bonus points for the team race. Kid is a beast. Will be fun to watch him and Dieringer.

Ohio State wreslers.....remember when I told you to stop f***ing scoring bonus points, and winning in genera;?

Friggin do that. Thank you.

Bo Jordan will lose to Dieringer and then have to beat his cousin to make 3rd place match if everything goes right

That first set of back points Bo Jordan got looked a little sketchy. If Sorensen would have gotten the same credit, he would have had a major.
I made this point yesterday regarding the back points on Telford. At every level referees constantly will call backpoints way before the 45 degree angle is reached. It's infuriating.

Brooks vs Dean coming up on mat 3, I believe.
Evans will wrestle first.

They complete all quarter-final matches at each weight before moving to the next weight.

I didn't get my protractor out, but if I had to guess I would say it was about 82 degrees.

Gotta love those literal "cheap" tilts.

Sounds right to me. Telford yesterday looked about 75. And things like that absolutely change the tenor of a match.

@ J Robinson saying Evans "does nothing at all" after having a guy like Tony Nelson....I thought Minnesota were always the kings of stalling

Hawks down 13 points to OSU in team race.
174 lbs. Evans vs. Storley from Minnesota up next. Waiting for TV to come back.
Big match here. The second biggest weight class in STL.
Storley is a sixth seed.
Ironside predicts a low scoring match.
Not much action after one minute.
Collar ties.
Evans snaps and tries to follow thru.
Storley has good hips and is hard to score on.
No scores in any of the 174 lb. matches now.
Storley is cut and getting fixed up.
More blood from Storley.
:55 left in first quarter.
Storely has ankle pick but Evans fights it off.
Both guys swatting each other.
Storely drops in on a shot but out of bounds.
No points after one period.

Man the horrible seeding at 174 has destroyed the bracket. No way Evans and Storley should be meeting up now.

Evans defers and starts on top.
Storley escapes quickly.
Evans needs to go to his offense.
A TD would change the pace of the match.
1:20 left in 2nd period.
Evans trails 0-1.
Kokish trailing in his match.
Not much happening with Evans and Storley.
End of 2nd period Evans trails 0-1.
Ironside wants Evans to fire off a shot.
Pretty boring match so far.

Centerville's Mikey England with a MD at 165 WB to get to RD12.

Good for you Mikey, bad for the team race for Iowa.
