A good ER doc takes it all in and confirms their own diagnosis after an exam.
If he lied, that's also a crime.
So, clearly, what is "leaking out" is not provable and is innuendo, per the SC's judgement.
I’m referring to the Hur Report. He submitted that report to his boss. As required. If Garland had a response to Hur it was likely done in private and neither you nor I can definitively determine what was said.

A nurse in the ED or anywhere in healthcare will certainly provide input and information to the physician overseeing care. The physician almost always appreciates that and uses it to arrive at HIS or HER'S diagnosis and course of care. But sorry, an RN is not making a point of care treatment diagnosis in lieu of a physician, PA, or ARNP. So I take no notice of an RN on a message board making a diagnosis of someone they have never seen or spoken to. Especially if the issues at hand deal with mental conditions vs physical conditions. Those require much more care and insight.

It doesn’t take a doctor to diagnose an arm amputation, it doesn’t take a doctor to diagnose a cardiac arrest, some things in life are obvious especially to those who have dedicated their lives to healthcare
How many of those diagnosis have you done via TV clips?
Some things certainly are obvious to anyone... some are not. Especially conditions related to mental and cognitive abilities which as we all know can be caused by a variety of reasons... organic, pharmaceutical, or mental. Best leave those to the trained physician.

If it were me, I would not rely on a report from an attorney on the medical condition of someone.
The “counsel’s report” admitted there is NO evidence Biden acted in a criminal manner. Hur’s observation that Biden would be a sympathetic witness and very difficult to convict, is based on his professional expertise as a prosecutor. Hur’s opinion that Biden was suffering from mental decline is based on his observer as……an interviewer who spent about 5 hours with him. Other than Hur’s initial finding of “no evidence” to convict, the balance of his report is nothing but conjecture and editorial.
