And you're retired from the medical field? If you're just spreading BS,that's bad. If you're telling the truth,that's worse.Did the booster suggest you post this info to clear it up for HR or you just figured it would be a good idea?
Yes I am retired. This info has been discussed before on other boards. There have been 18 pages of mostly inaccurate info on this discussion. Why should not the truth be out there? Then we can quit discussing what might be his problem. And hopefully end this discussion. No medical info was given out and no Hippa violations occurred.

These "Johnny come lately" fans post all sorts of crap on other teams boards but go after someone who posts what he got from what appears to be a credible source. Acting like it would not eventually come out anyway because a bunch of people did suggest that drugs was the issue.
That being said. First and foremost I hope he gets it back together!
2nd, it now after ALL this, kinda makes some sense. While i would not think of it as a Health issue. From what others posted, there are not a lot of choices when it comes to Withdrawing from classes. So that may clear that up.
3rd. It would also make sense to how/why he could be back Wrestling so quickly!
4th. It seems to help with why after saying they were not going to rush him back, then did, because maybe getting back involved with Wrestling is the best thing for him! Help keep him out of trouble and focused on other stuff!
Well I hope that settles that, the kid does well and now maybe we can move on.

Perhaps, and maybe after your guy posted not alcohol or partying too much earlier in the thread the booster saw that didn't satisfy HR and told the retired doctor to go ahead and say the kids got a coke problem. Now the doctor looks like the man on HR and the booster is proud. Or maybe it's just more rumor, but it's a rumor you like so it's the truth. Mystery solved.
Drinking too much Coke is certainly a problem. No wonder he couldn't make 125.

Serious question. Do Penn State fans like or hate Paterno? Is there still a statue? I don't follow it close enough to know the general feelings from that fan base. Is it 50/50 83/17 or 90% plus that still supports him? I was always a Joe Pa fan.
TBH your outrage is not warranted. Anyone with even limited knowledge of substance abuse (diagnosis and/or treatment) could easily figure it out. Medically speaking, It really does not matter which substance it was. It is obvious that it was rehab from the timing and content of the statements Cael and Teasdale made as well as his timely return. Hopefully he is doing well- probably so if he wrestled at the scuffle. Kid is 18 and kids make mistakes. A stint in rehab will not destroy him or his career. Just like the rest of us, he will have the future he earns.
This could be it, because I thought coke (the drug) actually made you lose weight... (sorry bad joke, and no I wouldn’t know)

Let me guess, you slept at a Holiday Inn last night. I'm throwing this out there, how do you know it's not a psychological problem like depression? Tell me exactly how you could rule that out and say obvious substance abuse problem going off the the timing and comments made by both Cael and Teasdale.

Feel free to educate yourself though. Start by looking up Bio-Psycho-Social model of psychiatric pathophysiology. It is 25 yo concept that is still embraced.
