Had to come back in and edit to put joes name in. He has been using the wonderful tactic of misquoting and making stuff up. Very 3rd grade of him but it’s what Joe resorts to when he had been exposed like in this thread.

Personally, I'd have taken CC as a rising star over the fading star; but it wasn't my decision to make, and the numbers don't clearly support her displacing anyone.
