Get Cade out of the got dam pocket immediately after the snap. He either can't see or our routes are still taking too damn long to develop and he sucks too much to just sit back there for 3-4 seconds waiting to throw.
The thing is the offense won’t be worse with sully handing the ball off. Why not try it

Again, a simple 6-yard out route is a pass a quarterback at this level should be able to make. That throw wasn’t even close to the intended receiver.
