That problem for me with ruling that a catch is that if it happens anywhere else on the field it's not a catch. So if he has similar control on a play over the middle they aren't ruling that a catch and fumble.

How can you have control of the football when you drop it?

It was the bobble from his right to left hand before losing control that was in question. It was pinned to his shoulder, so I can see why it stands. Initially, it looked like the ball was bobbled.

Regardless, the Iowa secondary is going to be a problem all year. Harris is about the only one who can cover. Lee is okay but not great. The safeties are awful in pass coverage.
