Realistically, a serious conversation needs to be had at the end of the season.

I want Kirk to retire, but at the very least there needs to be a major shakeup to the coaching staff on the offensive side of the ball. Other than Ladell Betts, everyone else needs to go.

I have no real opinion on Lester because I think Kirk’s imprint is still all over this offense.

As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be.
