There’s no shortage of dictators around the globe killing people every day. Look at Africa or the Middle East. 19 years ago today we began a war that removed one evil dictator.
I understand the outrage on Ukraine. I understand the want for blood. I cant bring myself to watch half the videos being posted here because it hurts too much as a parent of a 4 year old. it sucks.
But we also have to be rational, because others, specifically the dictator you mentioned, may not be.
Some of also believe we can’t always be the worlds police force. The ones that bring “peace and democracy” with our big swinging dicks and paid for with our kid’s lives.
Wut?Where did I say we should "launch first" or "invade Russia"?
TIA.
Not comparable…at all.I seem to recall Russian mercenaries attacking a certain US base in Syria, and it didn't "start a WW III nuclear Armageddon".
Didn’t hear any talk about keeping the plant open but I think in general….nuclear should be considered as a “clean” alternativeI believe they have powered down all but one of their nuclear plants since the Fukashima disaster, and the one remaining plant is slated to close in a year or two. Would the Germans yield on that plant? Look, if anyone can engineer their way to more efficient renewables it’s the Germans, but it’s going to take time to replace all of that Russian gas and nuclear power.
I hope it does open and I hope Russians soon feel the full effects of what their evil dictator has done.Assuming Russia opens their stock exchange tomorrow, how bad do you think it’s going to be?
I read earlier it was just to buy bonds, is the actual market going to open now?Assuming Russia opens their stock exchange tomorrow, how bad do you think it’s going to be?

They said they were opening the market, but they backed off the last two attempts. I know the Russian government is going to buy bonds to try to prop up the market.I read earlier it was just to buy bonds, is the actual market going to open now?
Actually she was a liberal opinion writer that sued her school for racism, won a monetary judgment, started a progressive online blog, failed, went under ground and re-invented herself as a conservative commentator. Same start as all the other AM radio grifters.Who is Candace Owens? Never heard of her so I looked her up and she is a conservative talk show host. What has she accomplished in life where anyone should care what she says?
Are you purposely ignoring the question about your sources
Nobody is denying his military is a joke.
Not comparable…at all.
So there isn’t a lot of media about this, but numbers wise this was likely the costliest day of the war for Russia so far. I’ve seen estimates that would suggest 1500 Russians died today.
They’re losing about 1k troops a day KIA or WIA on average, and the reports from today are about three to four times the average number of vehicles destroyed. Donbas alone was reported as 170 dead.can you link me?
Hey, guys. That’s what the private messaging function is for.can you link me?
As in they will tell people to buy bonds, or they are unpatriotic scum?I read earlier it was just to buy bonds, is the actual market going to open now?
Let me know if you want to see some gaping Russian tanks.Hey, guys. That’s what the private messaging function is for.
I keep going back and forth on this post about military tribunals. I have no doubt that the Russians will do this, but this seems like more of a threat to get people to leave. As the war turns against Russia, I have more fears of Russia using chemical weapons, or more of those massive vapor bombs (Or, whatever), to clear out civilians. One scenario I can see is Putin sliding backwards around Kiev, declaiming the war over, but keeping the southern gains including Mariupol and saying it's all part of the Donbass now, and linked to Crimea.
Mmmmm homicide cakes…
Don’t forget the admiral.
Not fair! Lagarde is two inches taller than him.
