This might be a little tougher than Putin thought...

"IF earlier it was Lieutenant John McClane's "Ducats" cigarettes for Moscow, it seems that his "Celtic" cigarettes are behind this burning to Rosgvardia's office in Komsomolsk-on-Amur in #Khavarovsk Some Russians don't want to be soldiers...."

Another description for just posted video of twin smoke rising.
"Polohy, Zaporizhzhia The Ukrainian Armed Forces carried out a "special operation to demilitarize" the Russian Federation The equipment and ammunition of the orcs were smashed to pieces. This, by the way, is the same explosion heard by Zaporizhzhya"

Ukraine WILL get some (42) older Leopard tanks retired by the Swiss and refurbished by German manufacturer.

"Switzerland's defence procurement office had earlier said it had given the go-ahead for Germany to freely dispose of Leopard 2 tanks previously sold back to defence group Rheinmetall.
"Germany can freely dispose of Leopard 2 tanks already sold back to the Rheinmetall company twelve years ago, as there are no longer any requirements here," the procurement office said.
"Mothballed Leopard 2 tanks will not be passed on to Poland; this would require a decommissioning and thus a decision by parliament," it added.

To the comment about propaganda. It's true that both sides are releasing propaganda as to how successful they are. I'm trying to focus primarily on those who play it more factual like General Hertling's comments over time. In those estimates it's going to be very bloody without too much progress for the next few months as Russia is legitimately throwing everything they have at this war outside of their nuclear weapons. As long as Ukraine can keep supplying bodies to a military that is taking some heavy losses itself, and keep morale up, a turning point should come around August and September as they expect that Russia will have depleted most of their weaponry, and as long as Europe stays united and keeps supplying weapons to Ukraine, they'll then make a quick amount of progress towards retaking areas.

I think it'll still be hard to retake areas like Crimea (I don't know if they ever get that back) and the city areas where Russia may have embedded themselves in Donbas region, but those aeras can be retaken over time. The harder part is going to be in what Russia has done to the citizens of those areas over the past 7 years. How many are still ukranians who want to be Ukranians and how many Russians have they moved in to replace Ukranians that they've likely relocated.

So, now weapons on your border is zero threat. Maybe someone should have told JFK in the Cuban missile crisis.

Look, you guys got criticizing Putin under control, I'm criticizing our own government because I think they also deserve some criticism.
Did JFK destroy Cuba like Putin is to Ukraine? No he didn't, so your BS argument holds no weight.

I believe JFK planned to invade if the Russians didn't remove their missiles. Thankfully, Krushchev backed down and the Russians removed them all. It may well have been WWIII.

But he didn't invade Cuba. Putin has not only invaded, but is committing genocide against Ukraine and mass destruction. Your comparison is so far removed from the reality of both situations. Putin's invasion isn't about missiles on the border. It's simply power in the way Russia has always invoked its overbearing control on its neighbors.

You really are a troll aren’t you? I think you evolved from nat, to warrior poet, to a couple of others, to this. You have gotten more sophisticated with each iteration.

They're already in Moscow. All the major news outlets have a Moscow bureau.
Well at least they did before the threats about imprisonment. I still wouldn't go to any meetings and put myself at risk.

"Several Western media organizations moved on Friday to suspend their journalistic operations in Russia in the wake of a harsh new crackdown on news and free speech by President Vladimir V. Putin’s government.

Bloomberg News and the BBC said their correspondents in Russia could no longer freely report because of the new censorship law signed by Mr. Putin on Friday, which effectively criminalized independent journalism on the invasion of Ukraine."

You think the blockade (an act of war) on Cuba was a bluff by JFK, and that if the Soviet ships didn’t turn around firing wouldn’t have resulted?
Novel take. I haven’t seen that elsewhere. What gave you that idea?

That’s because the indigenous people of the Crimea were forcibly relocated several times, including under the Soviet regime. Much like what’s happening now in the eastern Ukraine. Do you not get that?
Oh, he gets it.
russki. He is russki.
