I would say that depends on what you're trying to get out of your college wrestling experience. Long story short, Iowa blows away Nebraska in every possible matrix you can think of as it relates to College Wrestling. Just in the case of Green alone, he is a 4x All-American, but was never an NCAA Finalist, but now he's a World Medalist, in Freestyle. Never part of a Team Championship. So how do you want to look at that when you take it all in?
I think Metcalf has beaten Burroughs every single time they've wrestled, as far as I know all in Collegiate Folkstyle when they were in the same weight class. Now Burroughs is king of the Freestyle world and won 2 NCAA Titles in 4 chances, Metcalf won 2 in 3 tries and made the Finals 100% of the time he was eligible to do so. He's one of the top Freestyler's in the world too (ranked 2nd going into Worlds is pretty good), but doesn't have World hardware to show for his efforts, though he does have some Titles and some high placement in other tough tourneys internationally. So what does that mean exactly? I think it's a complicated answer to be honest.
Nebraska has had plenty of high level recruits, and they've had a solid program for years. Certainly having one of the best Freestyle Wrestlers on the planet isn't going to hurt them, I just don't think it's going to help them as much as some may think. That is my opinion, right or wrong. We'll have a lot better view of the impact about 5-8 years from now.
