Engoron has fined Trump $5000. I assume Trump won't pay this fine without being prodded to do so. He also put him on double secret probation and told him this was his last warning.

Michael Cohen will testify on Tuesday, and Daycare Donnie is promising to be in attendance. I look for him to create a spectacle, or encourage Alina Habba to make a spectacle. He's losing bigly. Not really how financial fraud cases work: if you're the one in the position of responsibility, you're accountable for what you sign. If you don't review the stuff, then what you sign is on you.

Exactly. I have been an officer/director of multiple companies both private and public. I always make sure I understand what I am signing and why I have to be the one to sign. Failing to do your own diligence on official filings is moronic at best. And last I checked being a moron is not a viable criminal defense.
