The opposite is true as well. But the law is the law, and if it was broken being held accountable SHOULDN'T be based on what side you are on politically. Trump has just made a living playing the victim, with the world and everyone in it against him. Now that these issues have been taken out of the court of public opinion and into a court of law, the rules are different as Trump is learning he doesn't get to control the narrative like hes used to.

New York doesn't have a case that is there either. That is why they decided to make this a civil case abd opted for a proceeding without a jury under the rulings of an elected Democrat Judge. An AG that ran on going after Trump.
This entire case is a mockery of the justice system. Even the idea of an AG pursuing a civil case without a damaged party and zero witnesses that were actually harmed like a bank for example is disgusting but to also have the state use a civil proceeding as a method to try and gather a case in criminal court is egregious.
