First, as I understand it, the guy she slept with had already left his wife and was in the process of a divorce, but the divorce was not yet finalized. And even if he was still together, Kamala swore no oath of fidelity to the other woman, she had zero obligation to her. Trump had an obligation. He was the one in the relationship, he was the one who swore an oath, he was the father of a newborn.
