WBB Recruiting 2017 and On

Didn't someone mention a Washington 2022 recruit already with a scholly offer?
Non(sense) mentioned a Washington [CR HS rising freshman I presume] recruit, but of course mentioned no name, so it is uncertain if there is any truth to it.

pretty much proved my theory, that the Iowa coaches don't offer iowa players until they offer everyone else in the country. 1 ia Hs player. You also forgot they have an offer out to 7th grader that will go to Wash, so theres another.
So is there a name to go with the 7th grader? Go to Washington IA? Cedar Rapids Washington?

Aerionna Thomas? Or Hannah Stuelke? Both play for all Iowa attack 8th grade and go to Wash.

Just an update on Jinaya Houston...she will be enrolling at Blackhawk Junior College and play basketball for them. Blackhawk women probably think they hit the lottery because their program is beyond terrible.

Kate Martin's season starts 11/18
Logan Cook's season starts 11/25
Monika Czinano's season starts 12/2

Carmel girls rally to beat Heritage Christian

Led by [...] senior guard Tomi Taiwo, Carmel took advantage, using a 15-0 spurt to take a 59-57 with 2:49 left in the quarter. The Carmel onslaught continued into the fourth quarter as a Taiwo 3-pointer keyed the 9-0 spurt.

Taiwo hit six free throws late to finish with a game-high 34 points. She hit all 15 of her free throw attempts.

Tomi lead all players in the Nike EYBL league in FT percentage. She shot 92%.
Looks like a good prospect who can shoot the ball & showed good athleticism finishing on the break against a good Heritage Christian team. Surprised she wasn't more heavily recruited.

Tomi started in Minnesota. Then moved to another HS in Indiana, and finally Carmel. She also has Amy Dilk, a Michigan recruit , on her team. So she has been overlooked.

Gabbie Marshall's Mount Notre Dame team starts on 11/25. They are preseason #15 in the country.
Megan Meyer's Mason City team starts 11/21.
Speaking of nationally ranked teams, #17 Hopkins from Minnesota will play at IC West and Logan Cook on 12/9. ICW is preseason #1 (or #3 in another poll) in Iowa.

Megan Meyer (2019) scored 21 tonight in a 69-63 loss to defending state champ DM Valley. She picked up her 3rd foul midway through the 2nd quarter and had to sit until half.
Kate Martin (2018) had 23 points in an opening game (5-7 3pt) win. Then had 7 while facing a box and one defense, but her team won easily 62-34 against St. Louis Metro.

Tomi Taiwo led #1 Carmel over #4 Hamilton SE Friday. She scored 20 points, hit three 3's and was 3-3 from the line in the 58-44 win. Hamilton has Sydney Parrish and Amaya Hamilton, two other Iowa targets.
A reporter said he thinks Tomi is the most underrated player in Indiana, give her an open shot and she will hit it.

Carmel is now 8-0. Tomi is shooting over 50% from 3pt, and over 80% from the FT line. She has 34 threes in 8 games. Over 4 per game.
