I've told this before but the one time in my life my knees were truly shaking after the fact was when I walked into Jakes on a night off. I walked in and there was a pretty good scuffle. The first thing I saw was a co worker, "DP" flat on his back with a guy's hand on his throat. I grabbed the dude by his shoulder, put my hand in his chest and realized very quickly "Oh shit, this is Joe Williams (Olympic Silver medalist and National Champion Wrestler)." I somehow said, "Joe, you don't want to do this here." He said, "You're right.", and walked down the steps. That was the only time in my life where I was sure I was about to have my ass beat. Literally shaking for about a minute after.
