Also pretty sure it was Kate Martin that said "Don't give em any hope" in the huddle and not Clark. Kate Martin if you read HR, please do not let up. The confidence Kate is showing right now is another level. I've been saying for a while now I think she should switch with Warnock and play the 4 cause she's just dangerous in the low post. Just needs to keep working on her three-point shot and getting her percentages up and she could be a deadly impact player for us. I know we've talked about we don't need her to score 20, but if she can consistently be a 15 points and grab 10 rebounds next season, then Iowa will have a legit FF opportunity. Still an outside chance this year if we get favorable matchups from the committee.

Caitlin, Monika, & Kate all played well on both ends. They just need to get McKenna & Gabbie's shots to start dropping in this tournament. Neither forced anything & passed up good shots for better shots. Gabbie played good defense again most of the game & made a great decision passing up a 3 early in the shot clock in the 4th which lead to a wide open Clark 3 20 seconds later. McKenna needs to watch her early fouls against Indy, need her for big minutes to help space the floor.
Great win over our poor sport rivals. Did anyone see Clark's post NW game courtside interview. Nebraska was warming up behind and several male ball boys , I guess that's what they are, were standing under basket ...and one goofy looking dweeb turns around and sees Clark being interviewed and starts mocking her and makes faces....what a worm.
Another reason is why I love rooting against Nebraska so much and enjoy seeing them lose to anyone...especially the Hawks.
