Pretty good day for the conference as a whole. 7-2 with both losses being close finishes against power-6 teams.
The talk and news in Tucson all week was how Edey was going to be so hard to contain. It was the Boilers’ guards that killed the Wildcats. So Hawks have that to look forward to.

BIG is not as bad as some on this board say. Top half of the league is solid. Bottom half is bad.
Purdue a clear #1 seed. Already have beaten Gonzaga, Tenn, Marquette and Arizona. Only loss to a Big 10 team (NW)
OSU has good wins against UCLA and Alabama and seems to be getting better each game.
MSU will be tough to deal with the rest of the season. Totally dominated #6, Baylor.
Wisconsin beat Viginia by 24. (Virginia's only loss) Also beat Marquette.
NW is good enough to beat Purdue so is going to be very tough.
Illinois is talented and has a good win over FAU.
Indiana has shown they can play with anyone and will be pretty good. Led Kansas the entire game until they shit their pants in the final couple minutes.

I think a lot of teams are going to zone Indiana if coaches feel comfortable running it. Indiana has basically no outside shooting. As a team they are 27% from 3 on the year. Teams are going to try their hardest to prevent the ball getting into Ware and Reneau--that's basically the gameplan which is a lot easier said than done.
Indiana has had 4 buy games and has looked like crap in all 4 of them. And yet they are 2-0 in conference and played Kansas tough. Could just be one of those teams that always plays down to their opponents

Michigan is a decent roster team that just plays like trash some games. This McNeese is probably better than you would expect.
