Kentucky went 9-16 last year.
I could deal with the odd sub .500 season if the Hawks were going to six Elite 8s every 10 years.

I certainly agree with that.....just wonder how, with all of that talent, they finish sub .500 in any season? Maybe there was really bad covid issues for them, but still if they can field a team, their roster is full of highly rated recruits.I could deal with the odd sub .500 season if the Hawks were going to six Elite 8s every 10 years.

You could give ME the recruits they get and I could get them to average what they are. The difference is that Cal is willing to "go that extra mile" ($$$$$$$) to bring them in.Meh, sometimes they come together, sometimes they don't. I mean, they lost to Robert Morris in the 1st round of the NIT the year Iowa played Baylor for the title. They were in the Final Four the year before and the year after.

There has been cheating in recruiting at every school where he has coached. That is not a coincidence.
And much better handles. But yeah, the athleticism and aggression are similar.
We sure could use a guy like that.Yeah, I have to keep reminding myself that these are 16 year olds

Iowa offered Reed Sheppard on Jan 14, 2021.
Iowa was his FIRST high major offer.
He committed to Kentucky today.
Given that his dad played at Kentucky and that Reed is a really good player, that seems unlikelyFuture portal player...
I was joking. I'll add a winkie😉Given that his dad played at Kentucky and that Reed is a really good player, that seems unlikely
