That would at least partly depend on what the “hitting on” consisted of. Explicitly trying to eff underage girls is most definitely a crime. If it’s documented Smith didn’t take action…look out.

He’s an NCAA champ with 3 (or is it 4?) more years of eligibility. The guy would have to be in prison for the next 4 years for some team to not take a chance him.
