Played most the game without Garza and still up by double digits, while some posters are messaging from the edge of a tall building.
First half was more or less the blueprint of what to expect from Iowa. Not very good defense and outstanding offense.
little UNC hangover I think. Still up 11 without LG. All you cliff jumpers can step back from the ledge 😂
It’s funny that Hummel said it, wasn’t he at Purdue for 7 years w/o a a free year like we have this year.Seven years of Nunge, that'd be longer than Settles.
Why is CMac shooting the buzzer beater while everyone else is standing around.
Because that's Iowa's late game offense. Iso ball and stand-and-watch...........Why is CMac shooting the buzzer beater while everyone else is standing around.
Loved the look of the court in the 90s.
Yea but why risk it. His second foul was really a ticky tac foul and no use risk him getting another in 12 plus minutes. We are still up 11 and I’m guessing Garza takes over the second half as he is fresh.:Sat for 13 minutes..... Can't add those to the end of the game, when Garza is sitting there with 3 fouls
Yes, it brings back the memories.Man, I'm getting a little choked up watching the Street feature at half here.
I am in agreement with that sentiment and would extend it to say that this team could give up 70-80 points on any given night and still win most of those games. They will win any game they hold the other team to less than 70 points. Well, any team not named Wisconsin anyway.
I love offense, but play some flipping defense
Gotta give Jack Nunge credit for a well played half. The first few minutes were typical Jack but he's picked it up and played well. Still plays weak but he is producing and that is ultimately what counts.
RIP 44
Never get over Chris Street tragedy
You mean 40?
Yep we same age my Mom woke me up at crack of dawn to tell me the horrific news of it.Me either. I was in 6th grade.

I agree, but pissing and moaning about it isn't going to change anything.
