Eierman Arrested

She got off because she had a business relationship with the judge that presided over her 2nd DUI.

See...she was corrupt long before she became Gov.
Always enjoy your posts about wrestling and hacking on the clowns and goofers, but this stuff here is just lame as hell.

Sure. I’m all for inclusion. The exception would be people attempting to legislate their religion or their brand of morality onto society in general.

For instance, if you’re against gay marriage, I will fight for your right to NOT enter a gay marriage. But it’s not my business what goes on behind closed doors by consenting adults any more than the religion my neighbors practice or how their personal faith is expressed behind closed doors.

Btw, I don’t believe in the (moral?) right to subvert an election because someone doesn’t like the results and there is no room under my big tent for those guilty of unlawful acts of sedition against our country except for the penal/correctional system…
Number 1 - Your first paragraph and statement is exactly what the problem is, on both sides. While you may choose religion as your "do not tread on me" issue, many also don't want to be told to accept that a man who now identifies as a woman should be entitled to participate in womens sports. Is this really a lack of inclusive thought? While I am not an overly religious person, I could argue your stance is no different than mine. Maybe some of those who can't quite crack the Hawks line-up should give it a try?

Number 2 - The debate regarding gay marriage had far more to do with the legal components such as a spouse qualifying for health/life insurance, medicare, child visitation, etc. Not the issue of sexual peference. Different topic. Yes, extreme religious groups have do have an issue with the sexual part - and far right white Christians aren't the only ones who do. Though that group is the one that gets the heat for it.

Number 3 - I am glad that we agree and thus should address 2016 and what was done there.

What is the referenced issue in 2016?

Respectfully warn someone that you don’t agree with the way god made them?
God didn't make anyone homosexual. Even if He did (there is no gene for it), that doesn't make it acceptable before God. I was born a liar. We all were. We came forth from our mother's womb speaking lies. That doesn't make lying acceptable. God made man male and female.......period. Any deviation is only an outworking of the natural man's hatred and disobedience to God.

Rom 5:
5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.

6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.

7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.

Number 2 answer is total nonsense! It is all to do with sexual preference, very very little to do with spousal rights.

God is all knowing and powerful. Who else makes one to be a homosexual? I hope your response is just a joke and not really serious.

Man makes himself homosexual just like Adam and Eve ate of the forbidden fruit. Certainly you won't claim that God made some men pedophiles or murderers?

You telling me this is nonsesne tells me you base decisions on emotion rather than the real world. The far right and far left (yes - many southern black church leaders) who are opposed to the sexual aspect are not nearly as powerful as the other industries involved. Follow the money - always.

God made man male and female.......period.
But then God also made people with XXY and XYY chromosomes along with hermaphrodites. These realities complicate any simple view that would associate birth gender (male/female) to a limited sexual preference of heterosexuality.

Also, what would you teach in Bible study to one born with XY chromosomes but whose penis was removed errantly at birth during a botched circumcision, and whose parents subsequently raised as a girl?

I believe any worthy God is a merciful one, who would not rebuke followers or non-believers by treating things as this as black and white.

Umm - Hillary and the Steele Dossier/Russian collusion nonsense. That was every bit election interference for 2020.

Gotcha. Given that that “nonsense” netted convictions of a Trump campaign chairman and other senior members campaign staff and was confirmed via a Republican led Senate Intel committee- seems like it was a good investigation to me.

Maybe don’t hire criminals and do crimes if you don’t want investigations? And I’m for this for ALL campaigns and candidates.

I was born a liar.
This I can agree with.

Liars, pedophiles, murderers, and false prophets. God allows all to exist, as God gave man free will to do either good or evil (assuming I understand the dogma correctly).

I will stay tuned for the rapture when God makes his final selections.

Even if He did (there is no gene for it), that doesn't make it acceptable before God.
Do you realize men wrote the Bible, you know, the same ones who were born sinners, some of which who never benefited from having their original sin forgiven?

Thank God for divine inspiration and the expert men who decided which books were worthy of inclusion.

Yep - all I would like to see is equal application of the law from our justice system. I don't really care who the guilty party is as long as they are subject to the same set of rules.

And I think you took the "nonsense" comment out of context.

You mean when the FBI announced there was a case opened against her DURUNG election season? (And amounted to nothing in the end?)
I believe they head of the FBI said that Hillary broke the law, but she didn't mean to. The case kind of fizzled. Then they spent 2 years and filled the newspapers with the Russian collusion case and no conviction of the president. I still do not understand the whole Russian Collusion thing. How is it a crime if the leader of a country has a preference who wins the election?

To me, the thing that makes Trump seem decent is that the things they accuse him of are so petty. He had sex with a porn start and they sign a non disclosure settlement or something of the sort and that is a major crime? He questions an election and agrees that people have a legal right to protest and he is guilty of sedition?

It seems like they have to stretch things and then keep screaming about them to make their case seem relevant.
One the other hand, Biden is on tape admitting that if Ukraine does not drouth investigation of his son, they will not get monetary aid (6 Billion, I believe).

Then his son is on a board of a Ukrainian oil company making 60K a month. and it is no big deal. This is the same son who got discharged from the military. What do you have to do to get discharged from the military while your dad is the VP. That must have been a doozy? Maybe getting a premature discharge from the military is a resume enhancer.

Now we are trying to start world war 3 in Ukraine. And somehow Trump is this horrible person and president. It is beyond me.

I am all for keeping politicians honest and punishing them when they step outside the law. But let's treat them the same on both sides of the aisle. That does not happen now and it does not happen in the media.

That is burying the lede in quite a big way. The man led an attempted coup for crying out loud

Seems this statement and the one above are at odds. You are "for punishing politicians when they step outside the law" and yet you handwave Trump's crimes as "questioning" and "legal right to protest" ?

Thank you. There are currently 78 charges in two or three Jurisdictions with another set apparently on the way. He was impeached.Twice. And here we are, discussing crimes couched as protests and protests treated as crimes.

To have such specific knowledge about Biden/Hunter and no understanding of the many criminal proceedings for Trump and his staff really speaks to your information diet. The information that you lack, which you mention not comprehending, is all readily available.

If you want to hold this against Trump the line for those who have questioned the outcome of elections starts around the corner.

And most of the questions were raised by seditionists, hell bent on subverting our democracy. It was a disinformation circle jerk. And here we are. 78 felony counts and rising.
Why do you have to be such a progressive woke rabble rouser seemingly hell bent on undermining the foundation poured by our founding fathers? We live in a Republic not a Democracy. It's right there in the Pledge of Allegiance. 😉

I get that you hate Trump. Admittedly, I am not a big fan. But, you keep spouting the “felony charges” like any of them are actually going to stick.

Hell, many of the most left leaning legal analysts had a hard time justifying felony charges in the indictments, let alone trying to prove the burden in open court.
If you expect felony convictions, you are going to be very disappointed….

Oh, really. Lol

I do hate seditionists.

You’re so off base and wrong. Political maneuvers like those which occurred when dude was impeached.twice but let off hook in Republican led Senate won’t happen in a legal case with actual judges, juries, prosecutors and…. laws.

Btw, the grand jury getting ready to charge Trump in Georgia might be my favorite of the bunch. Stay tuned for a list of further felony charges to brought up. Will the stable genius reach the century mark? Stay tuned to any channel but faux or max for further details.

There may be RICO charges.

From everything I have seen and read - clearly convicting a former president (with a cultish following) is going to be difficult.

However, the evidence in the espionage and J6 indictments is clear and damning. I haven’t seen anyone but a small minority of seeming hacks questioning that. If you disagree, at least read the indictments before coming to that conclusion.

Tonight’s Georgia indictments will be examined closely again I’m sure. I’d urge everyone to keep an open mind and not just blast yourself with your own media bubble’s coverage. Take the time to read the indictment. Don’t listen to talking heads.

I’m willing to let justice play its course in what will be momentous trials and hope that our system works. We need it to work.

I wish I'd have known that oranges were a forbidden fruit when I came back across the border today from a fishing trip. Bastards took them from me and my name isn't even Adam. We'd have had a real tussle if they told me walleye was a forbidden meat.

Also, I don't claim some deity made anything, so I guess my answer to your statement/question is "No". Thanks for asking.

Who knew a DWI could generate such deep discussion?

Dude, you hit a home run above.

The devil went down to Georgia, eh?@texas twister

But Kemp and Raffensperger got re-elected in Georgia, after standing up to Trump. There is hope in GA, and maybe the roadmap for Republicans to take back their party from seditionists.

I am glad you have the talking points down. It is sad that everyone is not able to see the differences in the way politicians are treated by those in power and the media. We could discuss this rationally if that was the case.

Washington is a club and the politicians are putting on a show for votes. Trump was an outsider and they feared him for that. They went after him with fangs out and that includes career politicians on the right also. Like Romney and Mc Cain.

Then you have the neocons who want to start world war 3 because all they know is war and they live for it. Trump wanted no part of that. They also went after him.

No one is saying he is perfect, but the charges seem so "trumped' up and vague as did the reasons for impeachment, Then they got classified as things like sedition and whatever and people filled with hate and dislike for the man jumped in head first and began and continue to spout those talking points.

Try to look at things with an open mind or better yet imagine one of your favorite Dems. doing or saying the same thing or worse. Or continue to live with this hatred in your heart. Totally up to you.

Yes. Precisely. The bad behavior was well documented as are his current crimes against our country.

Liars, pedophiles, murderers, and false prophets. God allows all to exist, as God gave man free will to do either good or evil (assuming I understand the dogma correctly).
God allows all to exist, all are without excuse, and all will be judged. Allowing it is not approving it.

Man does not have a free will. Only Adam and Eve had a free will to do good or evil and they failed miserably. Man today has a sinful nature that they inherited from Adam. You CANNOT give me a single verse that says man has a free will.
