Number 1 - Your first paragraph and statement is exactly what the problem is, on both sides. While you may choose religion as your "do not tread on me" issue, many also don't want to be told to accept that a man who now identifies as a woman should be entitled to participate in womens sports. Is this really a lack of inclusive thought? While I am not an overly religious person, I could argue your stance is no different than mine. Maybe some of those who can't quite crack the Hawks line-up should give it a try?
Number 2 - The debate regarding gay marriage had far more to do with the legal components such as a spouse qualifying for health/life insurance, medicare, child visitation, etc. Not the issue of sexual peference. Different topic. Yes, extreme religious groups have do have an issue with the sexual part - and far right white Christians aren't the only ones who do. Though that group is the one that gets the heat for it.
Number 3 - I am glad that we agree and thus should address 2016 and what was done there.
God didn't make anyone homosexual. Even if He did (there is no gene for it), that doesn't make it acceptable before God. I was born a liar. We all were. Number 2 answer is total nonsense! It is all to do with sexual preference, very very little to do with spousal rights.

I believe they head of the FBI said that Hillary broke the law, but she didn't mean to. The case kind of fizzled. Then they spent 2 years and filled the newspapers with the Russian collusion case and no conviction of the president. I still do not understand the whole Russian Collusion thing. How is it a crime if the leader of a country has a preference who wins the election?
To me, the thing that makes Trump seem decent is that the things they accuse him of are so petty. He had sex with a porn start and they sign a non disclosure settlement or something of the sort and that is a major crime? He questions an election and agrees that people have a legal right to protest and he is guilty of sedition?
It seems like they have to stretch things and then keep screaming about them to make their case seem relevant.

From everything I have seen and read - clearly convicting a former president (with a cultish following) is going to be difficult.
However, the evidence in the espionage and J6 indictments is clear and damning. I haven’t seen anyone but a small minority of seeming hacks questioning that. If you disagree, at least read the indictments before coming to that conclusion.
Tonight’s Georgia indictments will be examined closely again I’m sure. I’d urge everyone to keep an open mind and not just blast yourself with your own media bubble’s coverage. Take the time to read the indictment. Don’t listen to talking heads.
I’m willing to let justice play its course in what will be momentous trials and hope that our system works. We need it to work.
