For as much heat as he receives around here, his shooting has really improved. currently he is 2nd on the team in fg% and 1st in 3fg%. his d is no worse than the rest of the team and he generally doesn't make dumb mistakes.

His pts/40 effectively ranks 4th behind jok, pemsl, and cook. while he is still a role player, he has really come around this year.

People want to see the worst in Ellingson because they see Oglesby 2.0. Frankly, I think he's done exceptionally well considering he has a role and doesn't try to do too much with it. My only gripe is that I think he's a bit slow of foot on defense and thus would like to see a bit more Moss later in games because he has better size and athleticism.

Overall, I think he's done fine within his role.
