Lack of fans is a sad thing. Not very good support in a nice game (ACC/BT) and it looks like 8k there. Very disappointing.

IA took a major punch. IA hung tough and somehow manages to be down only 1.

Just looking at the action and flow of the game, IA is fortunate especially since Uthoff was very quiet.

Gesell playing well considering FSU's pressure defense - a few mistakes notwithstanding.

Seriously, all we need to do is rebound defensively and get back in transition. If we get our guys to focus on that, the talent and experience running offense and challenging shots on defense will open a nice lead for us. FSU can outrun, out jump and push us; but our team has the experience and better fundamentals.

Did u guys see why Dom was in for such a short time? Nice drive, missed an open jumper but did not notice much on the defensive side. Was just curious.

- Jok leads all scorers with 11.......okay?

- Run the offense and stop trying to freelance so much. Or if you want to create....create within the offense. Thank you. Just about all our turnovers were guys trying to do their own thing and force passes (mostly Gesell).

- FSU seems to have 5 Dwayne Bacons out there at times. Everyone is looking to get their shot off like (like they absolutely need to), doesn't matter where from. Helped Iowa get back in the game.

- 2nd Half: Limit turnovers , push tempo, but play under control....and obviously....make baskets = Hawks win

Rebounds FSU 10-14-=24 Iowa 2-15-17 big difference in the game. Transition baskets by FSU also a big part, FSU only shooting 35.9% from 2 and 10% 1-10 from 3.

Iowa's getting beat on the boards 24-17 at half and are just down 1 point. If they can even that up a bit, they can win.
