Going to bed at 10:30 on a Friday night isn’t so bad…

I didn't make it to 330am. I was able to crawl back into bed after a few minutes, but didn't make it to 530am.

Having a M-F alarm time of 4am for 4 years now, I wonder why I even set the alarm any more. My body, every day, is waking up +/- 15 minutes of 4am no matter what.
 
Did the same. Texted a few buddies about some college games today and they texted right back😂. We’re not alone in the 4am Saturday morning thing
 
I've been an early riser for some time now. I remember when I was younger I would wake up and if I had any time left to sleep, I would be back to sleep in a minute or two. Now if I wake up, no matter the time, my brain won't shut off.

I can’t remember the last time I saw 1030.

Bed around 9 for me, up between 430-5
