My parents and siblings, not much anymore. We’ve kind of grown apart in the last 5 years or so. I do feel bad not spending much time with my mom.
I hate group texts. I only use them if I’m at the store. You could always do a family group text if you're addicted to your phone like your boy.
It's an easy way to keep in touch.

To be honest, I don’t really like my siblings. I should definitely text or call my mom more, but if she really wanted to talk, she could get in touch with me.Then send individual texts or invite them to HBOT.

No excuses indeed. I choose not to spend time with them or call/text.Neither do I. My brother is MAGA.
Life is short, brah. No excuses!

That’s sad. No wonder you try to win them over with superficial vacations. Was just having this conversation that I spend more time/equal with co-workers on average per week, than my family.
1. Work
Weekly Work Hours:
A standard full-time job: 40 hours per week (8 hours/day, Monday-Friday).
2. Family Time
Evenings (Weekdays):
After work, assuming 2-4 hours of quality time per evening: 10-20 hours per week (Monday-Friday).
Weekends:
Assuming 6-10 hours/day of family time (activities, meals, etc.): 12-20 hours (Saturday-Sunday).
3. Sleep
Daily Sleep Hours:
Average adult needs 7-9 hours/night: 49-63 hours
per week.
In fact I just had to fly out for work on a Sunday afternoon for a SKO

Cool. You can say some prayers with her, because that’s all you’d want to do.If you don't start calling/texting your Mom...I will.
I think anyone that refers to something as quality time, it isn't.Was just having this conversation that I spend more time/equal with co-workers on average per week, than my family.

I work 11 hours a day and still manage to spend more time with my family.I'd bet most fully employed men spend more time at work/commuting than with their families.

I realize that. She chose cigarettes over us. I’ve been trying to get her to stop forever to no avail. She has finally quit, but only because she’s on oxygen. She won't be around forever.

Weekends, too?
What do you do for a living?
Unfortunately, not as much as I used to now that I have 4 teenagers. As sad as it may sound, they are my life, I don’t really do much for myself.

He knows this. Probably has the same schedule most do (maybe he works part-time) He's just been a little envious that some people go on vacations that memories live on forever and then the ones where you look at trees

What was your vacation?
I remember both sounded pretty good to me.
You couldn’t handle either of my jobs. As for vacations, we just appreciate real life and beautiful natural scenery. Not some made up superficial BS.He knows this. You got me bro! Good thing I don’t feel the need to validate myself to you. M-I-C-K-E-Y11 hours and two jobs? Is that like waiter in a restaurant from 8-2 and then gas station attendant for the rest. Seems like a strange labor hour for two jobs

M-O-U-S-E!!!
Bro, simmer down. I’m not going to dox myself. Some of my clients might not approve of me participating in some of the more low brow antics on this board. So what are the two jobs over the 11 hour period? I also doubt a person with multiple jobs, that equals more than the average hourly day, spend more time with their families than the schedule I laid out. Do you work weekends?

If you must know though, I can tell you that I do work some weekends of my choice. I may also work with some family members so that may skew things, but at least I’m not an arrogant superficial dick like you.
Disney World?
I went when I was 5 and still remember it. Good times.
I think anyone that refers to something as quality time, it isn't.
Quality time is a term created to make oneself feel better about not spending enough time. I assume you just used this phrase since it is commonly used in this context rather than the other way.
I don't think any of us spend enough time with our kids. I spent a lot and now that I have adult kids, I am glad for every minute I did spend. Wish It could have been more. They probably dont
