They absolutely should have missed the second free throw.

It would have taken maybe half a second to get the rebound and call a timeout. Still would have left enough time with a 2 also winning. Maybe if there was less than a second on the clock

I saw on one of the Twitter posts that someone complained she traveled. It did look like she took three steps after catching the ball but I don't know how they determine when the catch was made and when to start counting the steps.

Some offensive players are really good at letting the ref see only just enough from where they are standing so they call something a foul when we can see on tv it is not. Happens a lot.
