Ferentz needs to retire. He had a great run, but it's clearly over. This program is a laughingstock and he doesn't have the juice to fix the problems. If we continue to hold on, it's going to get ugly and the next head coach is going to be inheriting a dumpster fire that will take years to improve (if they even can in the NIL era).
