I made the mistake of hyping myself up all week between the win @ NW and the MAJOR letdown vs Illinois.

I've got nothing for my favorite sports week of the year, so far, because of that soul-crushing loss this past Sunday.


Maybe the Hawks can win the the next two nights and knock some of this CW apathism out of me.

I realize the Wildcats were shorthanded, but after the way the Hawks performed using that same ball in Evanston almost 2 weeks ago - especially shooting-wise - I do not want to hear one word of blame about the EVO ball if/when the Hawks lose tonight (or whenever they do lose).


That excuse was wearing extremely thin, as it was.

Love the optimism, but gosh I’m sort of on the other end. Just saw OSU has essentially the same ncaa tourney credentials as us - meaning this is a must win for them too. We don’t have a strong history of coming through in the clutch.
