we've been told FRan is on cusp of Making his 1st Sweet16 in his career for last 4 years. If he couldn't do it with Garza, JoeW, and two Murrays on the same roster, he's never going to get it done. I don't hate the guy, but I truly believe his system is Flawed and DOA in NcAA tourney

I get that Wisconsin is red hot from the field but having 14 rebounds beyond the half way point of the second half is simply unacceptable.

I couldn't agree more. I have always liked Fran too but after the year they won the Big Ten tourney but lost to the Richmond Spiders I sort of backed out.

I am always noticing the Iowa players physiques versus pretty much any team. What do these guys do, sit around in the weight room and eat twinkies. McCaffery is on top of all aspects of the game. Amazing!

I don't want to dog on Sandfort. If he's shooting too much when he's cold that's on Fran to mitigate that by limiting his minutes. He's the one telling him that there's no such thing as a bad shot. Playing him 38 minutes when he's ice cold never ends well for Iowa. It might have cost them the games vs ISU, Utah St, and Michigan where he went 15-53 combined.
