Wrong. He dipped his head so low it was the back of his head. Replay officials got that right. Too bad Nebraska’s actual crown contact on our receiver was never reviewed.

No targeting was the correct call because the crown of Harris’ helmet hit the ball carrier’s arm, not his body.

These announcers are painful to listen to. Phil Snow? And being shocked that Iowa elected to receive after winning the coin toss tells me they haven’t watched an Iowa football game in the past 25 years.
