14.1 ppg is very avg, they are more a middle of the pack numbers, they are/will be very easy to duplcate/replace,
again Kris's 20 ppg will take 2 players to make up those numbers. as I don't see a player on this years team needing to score like that for them be successful.
Krikke has the best chance of coming the closest has he has the ability and proven ability to do so.
but he won't have.
this is my starting lineup with there scoring this season
5 Krikke 16 ppg
4 [stretch] Patrick 14 ppg
3 Sanfort 12 ppg
2 Perkins 13 ppg
1 Bowen 8 ppg
won't even try to do the mpg
as that = 63 ppg
to get over 80 ppg the bench will need to avg 17 ppg
with players on the bench that should not be a problem, players like Mulvey and the FR will have a say in how much they play and how many minutes and points they score.
there is some high scoring potential on the bench in these

Freeman
Harding Illinois MR BB and POY [Player of The Year].
Dembele
Dix
Braums
Mulvey yet to be decided
to me that looks like a solid 2 deep at each position. plus 2 extra payers. that can only make the practice fun to watch as now they have someone to push for playing time. Fran now has the players that if some is not going 100% he can now sit them and let someone who will give 100% the playing time.
some times that's all it takes to have players step up their game. nobody likes to sit on the bench. another thing about this roster is their ability tp play multiple positions

Is the thought process that posters should ignore errors in facts?

this will help in case of injuries/fouls or unknown reasons of player's not able to play.
that is why I stated that Nelson would have been a nice addition to this team.

Pointing out facts and being a dick to players and posters is the difference. You can disagree without being disagreeable. That is my point. Also, a name spelling error isn't big deal except for those that want it to be.
I'd agree totally that misspelling a name isn't a big deal, UNLESS your constantly trying to pass yourself off as some kind of know it all on Iowa athletics, and then you are factually incorrect more often then your right, and its not just just misspelling, but totally butchering someones name, or even calling one of the football players, one of the ex basketball players name. Pretty damn hard to take such a person seriously, regardless of their self perceived superiority.....

Hoping that you are just lumping people together with the ‘Dick to players’ part.
As far as posters go I will point out when they are factually inaccurate. Hopefully they would do the same to me, how people respond to that is what separates the posters. Consistently posting ‘facts’ that are wrong and going with STFU or GFY when it is mentioned will keep my attention.
Fortunately or unfortunately the op makes it pretty easy to find their mistakes. Then is a jackwagon when it is mentioned
