Lawsuit filed against Des Moines Register for ‘misleading subscribers’ with final Iowa poll

Someone really needs to provide evidence to back up this accusation.

She will get her chance in court.

She is active in private practice today. MM as my businesses think she is very good at what she does… as do her peers. MAGA brains cannot compute.

Kind of makes one think she did it on purpose and then stepped down to avoid hard questions. Turns out she will need to answer those questions after all

She already has presented her “numbers” publicly. I doubt if it ever gets to trial. Judges gave more important things to occupy their time.

Ridiculous. It would be one thing if the Des Moines Register had any credibility and influenced anyone, but it’s a joke - so a frivolous action in my opinion.

Oh, obviously someone believes The Register is a viable force to contend with….its a frivolous lawsuit because it is frivolous!
