Interesting. Some were acted by a players from a small college. Don't remember the name.
in 26 minutes: 10-12 (83%) from the field, 1-3 (33%) FTs for 21 points, 8 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 block, 0 steals.
He also had 4 fouls and 3 turnovers.
Will have to see how guys develop. But it’s really the 4 guys we thought who can score. Only one of them can play any D. And a bunch of question marks everywhere else.
I think Cooper is going to get some good minutes this year. Payton, Owen and Josh are going to score a lot of points this year.
Defense is still a work in progress .
Pryce looked efficient and Seydoe has some good hops. Ladji is a bit heavy footed on defense imo but still has a nice looking shot. I was impressed with Evan Brauns bounce. I think he backs up Freeman but way way too early to see how this shakes out. Let the games begin.

Was something announced on why...I was looking forward to seeing how he looked?
Gave up 10 offensive rebounds, 17 pts off turnovers & 12 2nd chance points. Not good against D2 team.
Brock is a MVC type role player.
He can come off the bench and make fancy passes that look cool, but to think this kid can quarterback a P5 team and provide the difference maker at point guard Iowa so desperately needs is laughable.
I think it's a development thing.

Looks like a lot of those distributed tickets didn't get used.
Brock will be a big difference maker. He can shoot and dish. He does a good job staying in front of his man. He does need help if backed up to the rim. He didn't have a great night, just an OK night. Chemistry not there yet.

Would have expected more minutes for the new guys in an exhibition and less from the big three. We should know what they can do.
We saw last year. There were times that he was a big spark. Generally, he had many assists and few turnovers.Against D2 talent? JFC.... how do you think he will do against Big10 teams?
.362 and .375 from 3 pt range last year. Certainly you are smart enough not to put too much stock on a preseason exhibition game.
