No, that's not the real issue. The real issue is the outgoing Obama administration illegally disclosed the name of a US citizen who was swept up in normal surveillance, and did so for political reasons.
If this is now okay with anyone, we can say "goodbye" to privacy, "hello Big Brother."
Come on, more than Trump? How would that be physically possible? She'd need two heads.
She is allowed to collect them, not disseminate them. The collection has been the only thing discussed and that is legal and normal as indicated.
Whether she spread/leaked them has yet to be proven and is the only real issue here.
Makes you wonder why Susan Rice said she doesn't know anything about this.
Yes please explain why she stated she didn't know about any of this? Maybe she misremembered.
Actually if she asked about things pertaining to the election or the transition team she could be in jeopardy.

People will peg this directly on Obama, and part of that is correct. This is more of a group effort though, CFR members galore have been anti-Trump since the beginning of his campaign.
I'm telling you guys, follow the CFR, find it's members, start connecting them to where they work and you'll see what I'm talking about .
I didn't say she did it, but someone did. There weren't many people who could have done it, but Susan Rice was certainly one of them.
