Worst game all season for CJ. Every pass is underthrown and off target. Even with the wind. Then again, Armstrong can't throw the ball either and has 3 interceptions. The difference is that's a normal performance for Armstrong.

It's pretty common. That way you don't give them BOTH ball and wind.
