Ill buy the movie rightsThe guy in black and gold…?
And you forgot the part about that foreigner helping the Hawks win a National championship by half a point after pinning his (PSU?) opponent in the finals?

You don't have country over school? Now that's ****ing weird to me.Everyone is tribalistic. People biasedly support their family, friends, local community, sports team, alma mater, country, etc. over groups they don't identify with.
What I find insane is choosing to place precedence of country above all so highly that you'd support an athlete from the opposing school (who has trash talked / disparaged your school and who for every other sporting competition you cheer against) over a Hawkeye who isn't American.
I don't follow the logic of that tribalism precedence hierarchy.

May be weird, but I tend to feel that way sometimes, too. Mindless nationalism does not make sense to me. Of course, mindless school spirt is similar, so hey....You don't have country over school? Now that's ****ing weird to me.

I can go with that...so long as it remains harmless (hope the Iowa band stays safe this year.)I view mindless school spirit and sports fandom as a harmless way of appeasing our monkey brain tribalistic instincts. Makes a lot more sense to me than intense nationalism in a time of peace.

LOL, is it war? No it's the olympics, a sporting event. Is it war? It's a sporting event. My sports team is the Iowa Hawkeyes. It's a no brainer, I'd root for a non american Hawkeye who goes on to compete in the Olympics for his home country over a PSU wrestler who has trash talked the hawks.
Come to think about it killing people based on the fact you happened to be born within some arbitrary imaginary lines is pretty crazy too.Is it war? It's a sporting event. Agree with this. While TG has been a douche since leaving the HWC, he was probably a douche while at Iowa and I still liked him as a Hawk, so I won't rejoice in his defeat. Dude is a stud and always has been. Hope he still gets a bronze, then Spencer retires him !usa will be fine, they will get more than their share of medals. any chance for a hawkeye to bring home gold is a good thing.
Probably a douche? Lol It was all fun and games, well and good, for Hawkeye fans when he was inserting himself in opponents’ pre-match huddles back in the day. Right?Agree with this. I am totally unaware of people being killed based on an imaginary arbitrary line. When did this happen? The major conflicts I can recall had much more to them.Come to think about it killing people based on the fact you happened to be born within some arbitrary imaginary lines is pretty crazy too.
You’ve never seen a country attempt to expand its borders through acts of war?I am totally unaware of people being killed based on an imaginary arbitrary line. When did this happen? The major conflicts I can recall had much more to them.
The next session, which is 4:15am central time.Well, that was dominant. When does he wrestle the bronze medal match?
Not the semi’s, the bronze medal match and will have the IranianSo who will he have in the semis?
The boarders or imaginary lines isn't what they are interested in. It's the resources contained within those lines that they battle over..You’ve never seen a country attempt to expand its borders through acts of war
I was under the impression the two never really trained together..i think spencer taught him that leg lace.
My God, could you work any more grammar and spelling errors in there? The boarders or imaginary lines isn't what they are interested in. It's the resources contained within those lines that they battle over..
You gonna throw the cuffs on me or what? If not move on ya f***ing nerd that thinks it's cool to critique those sorts of things on a wrestling board. My God, could you work any more grammar and spelling errors in there?
