Chis voted at least twice for Papa Ted (using his BlueRidgeHawk handle and probably others) so I think it's pretty clear that Chis "wins" yet again.
I also believe some of these Ryan alts get a lot of votes due to recency bias. Chis is a ****head 12 months a year. Chis wins.
And NC probably voted for Chis 10X.

I believe this is his 3rd year running,I also believe the award started 3 years ago.
I didn't win it last year and it's obvious why I'd win it with all the RW clowns able to focus on me. Attack the messenger and not the message. Thanks for continuing to think of me.

Voting was 29 to 29 at midnight. I don't care though. Bring it on. NCs 15 handles and the MAGA clowns can celebrate.
They were tied when the poll closed, so we'll have a run off between Papa Ted and Chis. But, to be fair to Chis, we should group all of PapaTed's handles into a single handle. So, how should we group these and under what name. The PapaTed Troll account was last used on Dec 10th. At a minimum NC/Ryan should be combined with H4aD and PapaTed. Who else? OR should we simple go with:
