To be completely honest it’s sooooo much better to be a Nebraska fan then an Iowa fan. Think about it. Over the past 15 years we have the same record virtually, same amount of championships, and really nothing to be proud of yet one program is ok with that and the other will never stand for it. Will Nebraska ever be competing for national titles again? Maybe not but at least we are trying and are not ok with the status quo like Iowa is. Maybe we’re delusional but at least there’s an expectation to be better. And at least we try to better. And for that reason alone Iowa will never be more then what they have been for the last 15 years. I guess you guys are ok with that. For me as a fan that wouldn’t be acceptable.
His system should work great in late October, November in the Big Ten. That whole zero defense thing should be a plus too

Yep think about it Iowa has 5 top ten seasons and the skirts have zero the last 15 years.
Iowa has 2 Outland Trophy winners and the skirts don’t the last 15 years.
Iowa has a Groza, Makey, Thorpe and Walker award winners and the skirts don’t the last 15 years.
Iowa has won a BCS bowl game the last 15 years and yep nothing for the skirts.

Yes, hilarious frost and SI are pushing the narrative that Barry A came from the rich coaching tree of Tom Osborn's. As said, Barry played linebacker while Osborn was an offensive assistant, but then spent 8 years as Hayden Fry's assistant, starting when he arrived and rebuilt Iowa into a power from scratch after 2 decades in the desert.
