I understand. He was really out of control in that game. Looked so much better tonight.
Good win. Hawks looked pretty good for game 1 and lots to build on, which is encouraging.

Overall I think the B1G is going to be a bit down this year, might play in the Hawks favor.
Did what they should have against a weak opponent. They had absolutely no answer defensively against Garza. I liked what I was seeing from Joe T.
Some not surprising interior defensive lapses.
I didn't think Nunge looked that good, hopefully he has a better showing against depaul on Monday.

To his credit, Nunge played better on Monday. He just didn't seem to get into the flow tonight. He will have better games.
Looked OK. Luka and Joey W are the real thing.
C McC does see the floor well. It would be nice to see some better shooting reward his good passing. Even hit some U-G-L-Y shots.
Joey T and CJ are better defenders than Isaiah. Joey gets on the ball and closes those gaps. CJ had 5 on ball one on one stops and 4 tipped balls on defense.
Jack was a zero tonight. We need Cordell. Jordan's movement does not look fluid. Man I hope he's alright but I don't want to risk the kid's health, especially with another year still available.
Bakari, OK. Ryan, devoured their reserves.
P McC has to learn to dunk it on the break every time. That kid gets way up and its much harder to not call fouls on attempted dunks.
Team was average rebounding and not great defense overall. I think Cordell will help with both. This is a very young team overall.
