I kind of like being able to hear what Tom and Terry are saying throughout the entire match. Anywhere iowa goes it’s almost always too loud to hear the coaches on tv, especially if there are commentators.

Echy takes a shot and nothing.
Murin and JJ no score
in first
under a min.and lots of hand fighitng for Caleb.

That’s exactly what he told Brands. Looked pretty unhappy with his performance.
One of the hardest things to do after coming back from acl surgery is to trust that your knee will hold up to what it used to. With Spencer being tired, Volk got to his legs a little bit in the third. I saw a slight grimace after one scramble and on the last takedown it looked like Lee gave it to him easier than normal.

Not sure he fully trusts his knees yet, and with his conditioning being subpar at the moment I can’t blame him. Once he gets his conditioning back his trust will grow. I just hope that he can avoid anything serious until that happens.

I hope they have it on time delay.

After Caleb Rathjen beat Echemendia he looked at him and said I broke you by pretending to snap a twig. He’s feeling himself. Let’s see how he and Murin match up.

Broke huh?
Sweet TD and tough ride.
Enchendia shut things down after the first td which helped.
Yeah I’m not so sure he broke him. But Caleb did do the twig snapping thing while looking at him. Not sure what else that could have meant.

Charles Matthews vs Trever Anderson and has a leg and is as close to a TD as I've ever seen but gives up the go behind TD so down 0-2
Still my favorite hype guy.

Rathjen is a whole different animal at his ideal weight. Not very aggressive though through 2 1/2 periods of that match.
