CNN Senior Legal Analyst Describes How The Trump Conviction Was A Political Hit Job

1. "The judge donated money... in plain violation of a rule prohibiting New York judges from making political donations—to a pro-Biden, anti-Trump political operation."

Cite the exact statute language for us, Cletus.

So nothing on Joe. And only Hillary grabbed something already begun by the RNC, who were too chicken shit to continue. And as the Mueller report has shown, it wasn't a hit job.
Hillary’s campaign made up the Alfa Bank story, fed it to the press and the FBI.
Those facts have been established.

The trial focused on whether Sussmann, a cybersecurity attorney and former federal prosecutor, concealed from the FBI that he was representing Clinton's campaign when he presented computer data that he said showed a possible secret backchannel between Russia-based Alfa Bank and Trump's business company, the Trump Organization. The FBI investigated but quickly determined that there was no suspicious contact.

The bureau's then-general counsel and the government's star witness, James Baker, testified that he was "100 percent confident" that Sussmann had told him that he was not representing any client during the meeting. Prosecutors say he was actually acting on behalf of the Clinton campaign and another client, and that he hid that information so as to make it seem more credible and to boost the chances of getting the FBI to investigate.

Who has established these facts? Where are you getting your information? The far-right and/or russian propaganda machine?

Yep

All too many people fail to realize this.
Once it's gone, it's gone. And you'll need a really bloody uprising to get it back again - if that would even be possible in the day of misinformation driven by the ultra-rich oligarchs who do not want to pay their share of taxes.

Damn. When CNN says it’s a political hit job. You KNOW it’s bad.

CNN Senior Legal Analyst Describes How The Trump Conviction Was A Political Hit Job

1. "The judge donated money... in plain violation of a rule prohibiting New York judges from making political donations—to a pro-Biden, anti-Trump political operation."

2. Alvin Bragg boasted on the campaign trail in an overwhelmingly Democrat county, “It is a fact that I have sued Trump over 100 times.”

3. "Most importantly, the DA’s charges against Trump push the outer boundaries of the law and due process."

4. "The charges against Trump are obscure, and nearly entirely unprecedented. In fact, no state prosecutor — in New York, or Wyoming, or anywhere — has ever charged federal election laws as a direct or predicate state crime, against anyone, for anything. None. Ever."

5. The DA inflated misdemeanors past the statute of limitations and "electroshocked them back to life" by alleging the falsification of business records was committed 'with intent to commit another crime.'

6. "Inexcusably, the DA refused to specify what those unlawful means actually were — and the judge declined to force them to pony up — until right before closing arguments. So much for the constitutional obligation to provide notice to the defendant of the accusations against him in advance of trial."

7. "In these key respects, the charges against Trump aren’t just unusual. They’re bespoke, seemingly crafted individually for the former president and nobody else."

8. "The Manhattan DA’s employees reportedly have called this the “Zombie Case” because of various legal infirmities, including its bizarre charging mechanism. But it’s better characterized as the Frankenstein Case, cobbled together with ill-fitting parts into an ugly, awkward, but more-or-less functioning contraption that just might ultimately turn on its creator."

So even with 2 Maga on the jury still got convicted on all 34 counts.

According to Talulah,

"@elonmusk is kind of cheeky and funny. He is very loving. He is devoted to his children. He is funny, really funny. He’s quite mercurial. He’s genuinely the oddest person I have ever met. He has moments of self-awareness and lucidity, which for me always bring him back around. He’ll say something cheeky or funny and have this grin. He’s smart in all sorts of areas. He’s very well-read and has this incredible wit. He loves movies.

We went to see the new Lego Movie and afterwards, he insisted on being referred to as Lord Business.

He tries to come home early for family dinners with me and the kids and maybe play some computer games with the boys. They will tell us about their day, and we’ll put them to bed.

People don’t realize that Elon has this incredible naiveté. There are certain times when he is incapable of anything other than pure joy. And then other times pure anger.

When he feels something, he feels it so completely and purely. Nothing else can impose on it. There are so few people who can do that. If he sees something funny, he will laugh so loudly. He won’t realize we are in a crowded theater and that other people are there. He is like a child. It’s sweet and amazing.

He says random stuff like, 'I am a complicated man with very simple but specific needs' or 'No man is an island unless he is large and buoyant.'

We make these lists of things we want to do. His latest contributions were to walk on a beach at sunset and whisper sweet nothings in each other’s ear and to take more horseback rides. He likes reading, playing video games, and being with friends."

Why not instead of reacting in ignorance, rather question why he reacted this way?

He knows more about AI than 99% of people.

He knows that Open AI was stealing twitter data through backdoor code. He found it and cut off their stream.

He doesn’t trust Sam Altman. For good reasons. What are they? Any idea?

this was Elon, in 2014!
