You seem like you just got here. Go on speaking non-sense, I'd take it to another board. You seem like a good one to place on ignore. See ya
You're giving Petras way too much credit. He sucks. Plain and simple. Just because every once in a great while he accidentally makes a throw that most FBS QB's make on a regular basis, in between garbage throw after garbage throw, doesn't mean he's inconsistent; it means he sucks. When you have about 25 starts in college football and there's no way anyone could put together a full 5-minute highlight film of your best throws, you suck. That’s the thing about Petras. He can be brilliant at times and then absolutely atrocious at others. I’ve never seen such dramatic inconsistency from a QB.
The seam route to Lachey was an NFL-caliber throw. Right in stride, just over the LB. Perfect.
And earlier he had Lachey down the seam, ALL ALONE, to see us up around the MI 15, and he throws a completely uncatchable ball.
I’m sure the occasional good throw keeps him from getting the hook, but the many missed “layups” and compete lack of mobility should have gotten him benched games ago.
If I’m Padilla, I’m gone.
Should be able to split versus NW and Neb to avoid the cellar. The bad news, is we will likely finish at the bottom of the worst division of the P5 conferences.
