Seems like for programs like Iowa that are not at the top of the food chain I would have full time scouts dedicated to FCS teams and poach their best QBs.

I just don't get it. The young men on the offensive side of the ball all played HS football and everyone of those HS programs coached offensive football at level that was above of what Iowa is trying to do. You would figure that one out of every seven passing plays would work because no staff can beat that much football out of them. Yet here we are.
