Well, that was an appropriately awful way to end an awful season. Terrible execution and awful coaching for the most part. This program is circling the drain.

Lester needs to work on his short game. We ran up the middle well all night and two 3rd and 2’s and we are passing. Plus, the last 4th and half yard was a debacle.
Looked like a slow snap, everybody else fired off, and he was waiting for the snap!
Sully does some good stuff but he’s to static/stationary in the pocket. Doesn’t have good pocket awareness.

I am tired of Kirk but I think Parker is way over rated. No pressure all day. Let an experienced quarterback stand in the pocket and pick apart a slow secondary

The RBs did great, and had one big play that eventually resulted in a TD
But with KJ those 8-9 yard runs are 25-30-40 and more. That’s how Iowa did it this year
And no matter how strong the Iowa defense is, when they go up against good offense and accurate QBs, the scheme isn’t bullet proof.
If Iowa ever makes the playoffs, they need an offense than can score more than 24 points against good teams. Cause those other playoff teams aren’t being held to 10

Sully had like 88 yards passing in the first half and everyone here was going happy bananas. 88 passing yards! Is that how far we have fallen? This reminds me so much of Haydens last few years. Next years schedule ain't gonna be good. We won't go bowling.
