Would his experience in the NFL be a major positive vs Johns? Would that help recruiting? Just trying to see the upside here.
Do not understand your comment. I have no idea how good of OC he will be. But it took this long to get him? I am sure the recruits will be knocking the doors down to commit now.
No upside. He just will do what Kirk wants him to.
The only upside I see from him is LaFleur seems to be a creative/good playcaller so maybe he learned something. Flip side of that is Kirk has ultimate control......

- He's from outside the program
- Our offense will still look revolutionary next year
