This team is not coached well. Picking up dribbles on the press shouldn’t be a college basketball issue, I see that in grade school games. Same horrible passes game after game. Guards dribble drive only to stop with no where to go. This whole year has been frustrating watching the same mistakes not being coached out of these girls.

Exactly my thoughts. Looks like a 5th grade team playing in their first ever weekend AAU tournament.

This is just like the men's game against Iowa St. This team is not good enough or deep enough to stay with USC. Once Feuerbach got in foul trouble, Iowa was in trouble. She is the only one on the team who can possibly keep Watkins in front of her. Everyone else is too small and will get abused.

Since Affoldter and Feuerbach have been at Iowa they have always been a two or three dribble player looking to immediately get rid of the ball. Almost panicking. They always had Clark to bail them out. Four or five years into a high level basketball program with lots of playing time you should be able to handle the ball decently. When you are a wing you need to be able to handle the ball. You add Lucy's poor passing and strength with the ball and two true freshmen for your other ball handlers and you have a major problem. The seniors need to be way better and more aggreasive.
