Was Jesus a liberal or conservative?

Jesus was a NON union carpenter. Liberals would hate jesus because he worked.
How do you know he was non-union? And perhaps employers paid employees enough that unions weren't warranted. Although it is my belief, He and his earthly father were self-employed and didn't receive government subsidies or bailouts.

He was more of a gigolo sponging off of rich ladies. He didn't pay for his tomb or last supper or even the temple offerings to himself.

Sure, Jesus told us to care for others and so on.

But he also told us to do that as individuals and not through government - as you can see in the following passages from scripture:

Listen smartass... there is a separation of Church and State that is critical to this great nation. We do NOT legislate based on the love of Jesus Christ and his insistence on serving the poor.

What are your thoughts on the role of government in regulating abortion or marriage?

Well the Bible says... doh!

there is not and never has been a separation of church and state, never written in official documents, never implied

They got lots of government subsidies, always have.

He was liberal and conservative. Just like everyone else.

If anything, he truly understood that we are all one and parts of the same larger body, while at the same time the individuals we have become. All experiencing ourselves individually and as a whole. He, like many others before and since, was a very tuned-in cat. I believe Jesus of Nazareth is an amalgam of many people. It helps me immensely to know I am both liberal and conservative. It's called BALANCE!

"In summary, the "separation" phrase so frequently invoked today was rarely mentioned by any of the Founders; and even Jefferson's explanation of his phrase is diametrically opposed to the manner in which courts apply it today. "Separation of church and state" currently means almost exactly the opposite of what it originally meant."

Don't know about all the other stuff on here, but you could just ask him yourselves. He's not dead, ya know.

I have a friend named Jesus. Sure was strange logging into Facebook one day and seeing,

"Jesus wants to be your friend!"

Not while he was alive, or at least down here.
Sure they did, the government built that Temple Jesus vandalized. Later the Government built up Christianity. Going all the way back, religion has always been sucking on the government teat.

It's my belief that the only time Jesus ever used his carpentry skills was to craft a sandalwood bong.

No...no...no.

It goes like this: How do we know Jesus was Irish? He had 12 drinking buddies, he never left home till he was 33 and his mother thought he was God.
For somebody who does stand-up, you would think that yellow would be a lot better at this.
