I know Seth Rollins has his own school in Davenport called "Black and Brave" (after Tyler Black and Marek Brave, the two people that own it). Omaha has a few small promotions come through that I know of, most of the time they'll get a former TNA/IMPACT star or GCW original star on the card but I'm not sure I've seen anyone famous from their WWE/AEW days yet.Are there any active Midwest regional or lowa based pro wrestling circuits anymore?
I‘d love to go see a small show sometime.
Saw Piper wrestle for a local promotion at the Denver Rodeo grounds once years ago.
Manders (former Iowa FB) used to wrestle in Iowa a lot at the Black and Brave promotion but I forget what it's called. I know I've seen his name for 3XW which is in Des Moines and SCW which, I think, is Keota. I think SCW was more recently and I might be mistaken but I think he announced he wasn't going to be wrestling there full time anymore as he searches out more exposure.
Fargo, ND has Timebomb Pro Wrestling which is picking up steam. They just had EFFY at one of their shows. Might be interesting to check out.
A good friend from my childhood is a pro-wrestling referee based in Minneapolis. He's known in the wrestling world enough to have been asked to ref for Joey Ryan's Bar Wrestling out in Baldwin Park, California before it shut down after the Joey Ryan allegations. I can ask him if you need more direction.
