He played for Miami, so you have to just expect a certain amount of f*ckery. You’ll likely never hear a guy from the U referred to as being “like having an extra coach on the field.”
Former Ravens Head Coach Brian Billick

"Ed Reed is the smartest player I've ever coached. His natural intuition and preparation for the game exceeds anything I've ever been around. He was a truly unique and impactful player in the history of the NFL. No player had better range."

Ozzie Newsome, general manager who drafted Lewis in 1996: "For 17 years, we could point to No. 52 and tell the other players: 'Follow his lead. Practice like Ray practices. Prepare like Ray prepares. Be a great teammate like him.' It was our privilege to have him as a Raven.

Well done and quite accurate! I'm not a big fan of the U, but they've produced players of all types. Sure, a lot of undisciplined thugs, but a lot of really good players who were really good team leaders as well.

Brandon Scherff to the Bears is trending. Maybe not him, but let's see if Poles will spend some draft capital to shore up the offensive line before the trade deadline?

Is be so down with this but Scherff has also been pretty banged up. Still be a big upgrade. Do it Poles.

It makes me sick that the Chicago media that has been trashing my team after a fluke play will end up being right. If they lose today this season will play out with Eberflus getting fired at the end of the season.

Edit to say I didn’t effing know Arizona scored a TD at the end of the half. Son of a bitch. This season is about done.

Most of the Chicago media was down on eberflus before the year tbh….now they are just pouring on. Bears upgraded at most positions besides OL and coaching staff….and it shows.

Flus getting canned today would be ideal, instead of waiting.

He will not be the coach next year. It’s over. I’m sad about my team. It just doesn’t end.

Should have ran more the 1st half.
Should have invested in at least 1 more OL starter
Should move the pocket more considering LT is out
Should call more quick throws to keep Caleb upright
Should rip the bandaid off and fire Waldron or Flus. Just pick one of em and pull the trigger

Look i think most darft capital after pick 60 is fairly useless, but why should the Bears give up some for an aging vet?

The Bears have what, one winnable game left? Patriots. Maybe sneak one more win. The entire division twice, niners and seahawsk remain. That's a 6-11 years. Time to sell not buy

Yes..this season and coach are cooked.
I agree they should go after Ben Johnson or some other offensive wunderkind coach.
Tank this year and draft linemen..both offensive and defensive.
Wash loss is the inflection point of this season.
Sweat being out hurts.

Well, Luke Getsy got fired again, that’s two times this calendar year. Can’t really say Waldron has been a massive improvement. I am ready to move on from Eberflus, he seems in over his head, much like Nagy. And each time Williams drops back to pass, I am reminded of how Poles has neglected the offensive line, which is baffling to me.

The question about who the next HC must begin with how comfortable Kevin Warren is with a retread, or going with the hot coordinator. I see a zero percent chance they go with a defensive minded coach as the HC next season. Whoever it is has to be a quarterback whisperer.
I say Warren because as I understand it Poles is no longer the decider on the HC once Warren was brought onboard.

I don't think that's true. Poles will talk to Warren but Warren isn't the one making the decision. Poles is. Warren is there to get the stadium built.

I heard it on the Score, so it has to be true… Yes he is here for the stadium, but he is the top exec in the organization. He’d have to sign off on firing Eberflus, so he might as well make the decision.

I still want Poles to make that decision. I still like him no matter what some of the fans and talking heads say. I'm not a big fan of Warren from his BIG days.

Waldron is not good at his job
The offensive line is horrible; but Waldrons play calling makes them look even worse. My god this is a bad offense and horrible game plan. Tough to watch.

DJ Moore doesn’t look interested and Keenan Allen looks slow and like a shell of himself; but that could be the play calling and route tree
